Well, I'd have to say The cubus sisters. They keep tricking me with the electric balls.

I'm going with Gleeok, because he was the only boss that killed me. There was also more to this battle than other boss battles in the game.

Cyclok gave me some trouble the first time around. It was early in the game and I didn't have many heart containers. I think it was one of the few times I ever died within the whole game. Perhaps it was because I was pausing every few seconds the first time through since I was writing the boss guide at the same time, hehe.

The cubus sister were hard. It took me some time before I found out how to kill them.

well none of them were really hard
but if i had to choose i would go for gleeok
it took me quite a while figuring out how to beat it.

Easily gleeok. The only boss in the whole game that I had to resort to a walkthrough for.

Puppet Ganon from Windwaker was without a doubt the hardest boss I've faced in playing legend of Zelda. He took me out twice even when i had three fairies in reserve. Especially snake form. Puppet Ganon was quite a tough contender.

This is the Phantom Hourglass-section, so we're only talking about bosses from PH...

Hm, probably Dongorongo. I completed the entire game without any help, and well.. none of the bosses were really difficult to figure out. Blaaz took me about 10 minutes to find out what order to do it in.
Cyclok was very simple, it was obvious what to do.
Crayk was interesting with the multiple viewpoints and his invisibility, but he was rather weak as well.
The Sisters weren't hard at all, just annoying. I've had enough practice with playing baseball with magical attacks from LttP.
Dongorongo took a bit longer than the others, and there were a lot of things coming at you at once.
Gleeok was definitely my favorite. He wasn't hard for me though, but I loved how innovative it was.
Eox was an odd idea for a boss, but worked quite well. On the three heart challenge, he can pose a bit more of a threat though, since he can kill you in two hits I believe. The part where you have to jump on his head is annoying in the 3 heart challenge. Other than that he's pretty simple.
Bellum as the beast (temple and ocean) wasn't that hard, I liked shooting arrows at his tentacle-eyes. Stopping time wasn't hard but sometimes timing it correctly was. Overall not a hard boss, just took a while.
Bellum (final battle) was hard my first time around. I think I used a potion on him my first time. Once you get to know his attacks and learn how to avoid them though, he's not very hard at all.
So it's a hard decision. All the bosses were pretty much equal in difficulty to me, but some just took longer and more taps of the stylus. I'd have to say Dongorongo or Bellum.

The boss that i now know that it is hard is that I cant seem to beat bellum. I cant beat the time-stopping part.
Easily Gleeok, he's the only one the I actually died over, stupid waves kept hitting me.

I say the sisters were the hardest. I don't remember how hard they were, but I think i might've died once while fighting them. Most, if not all, of the other bosses I beat on one try.

The only thing that I found hard was actually drawing the correctly hourglass symbol. You had such a big area to draw it but only needed to make a small one (from what I remember). He seemed rather easy for me.

Gleeok was one of the tougher ones, but I never died at his boss battle. That battle was a lot of fun though. I'll take that trade off. Little easier for a lot of fun.

What's kinda sad about the difficulty of Phantom hourglass is that the Diabolical Cubus Sisters are just another form of a classic Zelda boss where you hit energy balls back and forth. (Aghanim & Phantom Ganon) Yet in Phantom Hourglass, this was one of the toughest bosses.

That is so true. I remember a boss like that in four swords where you had to hit the energy ball that was your color, my mom, sis, and I were always good at it, and yet this time it's just hard. Lolz, that's so funny when you think about it.

i think the hardest is ganon/gandorf in legend of zelda four swords adventure. the two on the top in the poll they were soooooooo easy! but i haven't been in with a lot of the bosses for some reason.:D

Remember this topic is in the Phantom Hourglass and the poll states only bosses from Phantom Hourglass.
I think it's pretty sad that of the 16 Total votes, only 2 votes were for the final 3 bosses in the game... Isn't the game supposed to get progressively harder? Even "most" Zelda games follow this standard thinking where the end bosses are much harder than the first ones.

Bellum of the Ghost Ship was darn hard, especially because of the time-stopping part and his whirlwind spin attack. also, it needed a lot more presice timing than the one in the temple of the ocean king.

Gleeok for sure he was the only boss that killed me. And it was hard to get the grappling hook in the right position at the right time.

The boss that I thought was hardest was Bellum from the Temple of the Ocean King because it was my first time trying to face Bellum and he put up a good fight with me.

I`d say the cubus sisters were tougher then Gleeok but i voted for Gleeok like to change but too late though Bellum was easier i had more trouble with Crayk but seeing as I`m really good thanks to Zelda Dungeon i bet i can take them on and beat them 1 at a all in a row time starting with Blaz and ending with Bellum with healing in between.

The Cubus Sisters were hard as because of the goddamn touchpad controls, I could hardly hit back their damn energy balls. (Don't flame me, I do like the controls, I just found it annoying during this boss)
Putting control problems aside, the hardest Boss would be Bellum Ghost Ship... Dayum, that took me a while to beat, I suck at using Cannons.

Well, seeing as all of the other bosses were really easy, I'd have to say Bellum of the ghost ship. It's the only boss I actually died once against. It wasn't a super hard boss fight, but definitely the hardest in the game.

I think the hardest boss in the game was Bellum in his ghost ship form because his little eyes kept popping up and i had too keep firing it just got annoying.

Ok. Who are the seven that said Gleerok was hard. I can beat him without taking damage o.O. Eox was harder though since I had died with him a few times. I hate when you have to jump on his head!

Gleeok. It was the only boss that actually killed me. It killed me twice before I found out what I had to do, while every other boss in the game I beat on my first try.

"Bellum of the ghost ship" was I think the trickiest boss. None of them was very hard but he was a little bit tricky. (Even if the bosses were easy in this game I really liked them)

Cyclok was the only boss that I ever died at. I really have no idea why I had trouble with him, I knew exactly what to do and the battle isn't exactly that hard. None of the other bosses actually killed me. Sure I might have had to use a potion or two the first time around, but that is it.

One thing about Gleeok, his Snowball attack takes 1.5 hearts of damage, which makes it the strongest attack in the entire game. Given all three of his other at tacks also take one full heart of damage. So ya, I suppose his strong attacks have a lot to do with him being the 'hardest' Phantom Hourglass boss.

Ramrock from OoA was pretty tough. It took me a while to beat him. I almost found him to be harder than Veran. But I don't remember very well.
Hey Hylian Hobbit, remember this is the Phantom Hourglass section. As the poll suggests, this is for the hardest boss in Phantom Hourglass only. You could make a thread in the 'Zelda Favorites' section, if you'd to share your opinions on the hardest bosses in the whole Zelda franchise.

Bellum in the Ghost Ship, every other boss was really easy. Then again Phantom Hourglass was a ridiculously easy game. >_>

Bellum's soldier form. I couldn't draw the hourglass fast enough and he would close his eye. His attacks were too powerful and he took forever. The second hardest for me was Dongorongo, If I remember correctly.

Bellum from the ghost ship, it was the only one who killed me I have to stop it every five seconds to watch the walkthrough and the easiest one was sure the two headed dragon.
