Favorite Race

Out of all the races in the Legend of Zelda series, which race is your favourite?

For me, it is the Zoras. I love how they were designed in the Ocarina of Time. The Zora's Domain was also designed great - it was entertaining to be there.

So, which is your favourite?

I'd have to say either the Zoras or the Hylians. The zoras are just cool creatures, and I loved actually being one in MM, and the Hylians do resemble elves in some way.

The Oocca, with the Zora race as a close second. The Oocca were kind of like chickens, they lived in the sky, they can fly around, Oocco Jr. can teleport, just an awesome race :p

Zora are my favorite, their just so cool. Second is the Kokiri, forever youth is awesome!

minish for me. just love their look and the sounds they make when you talk to them.
especialy the mountain minish, they have a funny sound.

the zoras are my favourite. they live a very relaxed live, just swimming in clear water and doing nothing.

Heh, I'm surprised! I thought there'd be someone who liked the Gorons. The Zora's just live a peaceful life - the area seems hushed and goes as they wish it. Besides this, I think it'd be a neat way that if the world would ever get covered with water - if we'd evolve similar to the Zora's. No, not being exactly alike them. But have human features, but also have abilities of aquatic creatues.

I would have to go with the Moblins. Yes, the Moblins. I consider them a race because unlike the otehr enemies in the Zelda series, the Moblins have some intelligence, and they also have a civilization...we saw this in Twilight Princess with King Bublin. The Oracles also had a Moblin king but I forgot his name...I think it was the great moblin...

Which supports my theory of Moblins being an intelligent race even more, because of what he says after you beat him.

But yes...in technical terms there are no actual Moblins in TP, just bokobins and all those guys which are like a sub-breed kinda thing to Moblins.

Like others who posted here, I'd have to say the Zora race is my favorite, with the Hylians almost tied. There have been many interesting races in the Zelda series. I like the Minish a lot as well. The only race I never really liked were the Gorons.

Personally, I liked the Minish. But not nearly as much as the Zora. For me, the Gorons were just kind of there. Ground doesn't really catch my interest as finned people in the water with a neato diving game.

My favorite has been the Gorons for a while. The Zoras would be second, but the Gorons have always been kool. I was so pumped when I seen them in Oracle of Ages, after I had seen them in 3d. It was kool to see them in some classic 2d Zelda graphics.

I have to say that my favorite race is that of the Gerudo, with Zora coming in second.
Honestly, I think I like the Gerudo so much, is because their role doesn't really take place until my favorite part of the game. Now, I also like their designs, so that's obviously a plus, and I think they sound cool as well.
With the Zora's, it all boils down to looking cool, and more importantly, being fish people!

I liked the Minish as my favorite too. It was just so cool how they made homes and bars in peoples rooves and walls, and how you could talk to dogs and cats as their size, and how they had so many things that normal sized people couldnt do. I would love to see the return of the Minish, and maybe this time they could become normal size through a minish portal or something.

Their was moblins in beta or alpha(idk) TP. Look at the trailers.

Anyway, my favorite races in the zleda world are gorons, deku things, minish, kokiri, and chu chu's (from WW and MC).

Deku things...? Deku's are a race, but things like Deku Babas aren't, they're monsters. Chu chus aren't a race either, because they're monsters.

I thought the Minish were awesome, along with the fact that in MC there was an explanation as to how the items got into the grass. I mean, it's kind of unrealistic to slash some grass and a few bombs fall out, but in MC the explanation was that the Minish put the stuff there.

I couldn´t agree more :clap: The goron I love the most is the goron elder of MM.

Well, you could kind of ask the same question about Dekus, Gorons, Zoras, and just about any of the Zelda races. But the Anouki seem to be like seals with antlers, and that can walk upright.
