Title's pretty self-explanatory, what's your favorite dungeon?
For me, I'd have to say the Spirit Temple. Twinrova was an awesome boss, you found the Mirror Shield there, there were some Beamos and Darknuts, which are some pretty cool enemies in my opinion. Plus it was out in the middle of a desert.

The best of the dungeons is Ganons Tower in A Link To The Past. That's my option. It's such a lovely maze with many ways to go foward :)
It remind me of Mega Man, there you have to fight some of the older enemies from previous dungeons, just like in Mega Man you fight the boss-robots again in Dr.Wilys fortress.

Wow, so many to choose from..
In terms of difficulty, the Great Palace from AoL would definately be my #1.
My favorite one though... hmm... Maybe Ganon's Tower from LttP, or maybe Misery Mire.

Turtle Rock from ALttP, Great Palace from AoL, Spectacle Rock from LoZ, Forest Temple from OoT.

My all time favorite was Ganon's Tower from Wind Waker. Then I'd say Stone Tower from Majora's Mask is my second favorite. Third would have to be Spirit Temple in Ocarina of Time.
Just as a throw in, I loved Hyrule Castle in Four Sword Adventures.

After recently playing through LttP for my second time, I think that many of the dungeons in this game were absolutely brilliant for its time. Hmm... but a favourite would be kind of hard to pick. I'd probably have to say that Ganon's Tower from Lttp is the best I've seen so far. As stated earlier, it allows you to fight earlier bosses in the game and compare how much you have advanced since the begining of the game. The Armos Knights could be killed with 1 silver arrow, making them almost no threat at all. I didn't waste my arrows though, I used my sword which was still very powerful againstv these old time enemies. The Lanmolas and Moldorm I killed in 2-3 hits, which I thought was amazing since it took around 6-7 hits when facing them for the first time. Although I think LttP had the most fun dungeons, and some of the most difficult puzzles, the 64-bit generation has had its moments as well.
In OoT I found that the Water Temple, despite it's high level of difficulty, was the best of all dungeons. Using the different levels of water and exploring new places while walking on the "ocean" floor was spectacular. There was once a game being created by Dampe (R.I.P. :() which was a 2D version of OoT, and I was always puzzled as to how he would make the water temple.

Yes, the dungeons in A Link to the Past were rather fun and yet somewhat difficult. I especially loved the bosses in it. The first boss was always fun to me. I used to fight it over and over again for fun. I'd kill the first one with arrows, and then I would make it harder and use my boomerang to kill them instead. It takes a while with a boomerang, but it's still fun.
Heh, the Water Temple from Ocarina of Time. I remember the first time I went through it I used a key in the wrong spot and happened to save so I had to start the game from the beginning again. It was pretty difficult. The most difficult dungeon I have ever come across in a Zelda Game.

When it came to OOT, I loved facing Twinrova, but the Spirit Temple wasn't one of my most favorite dungeons. I can't really think of which one being my favorite one, they all had their good points. Especially the Water temple; it's best point was the end. :D

Ya, the OOT2d guy is still alive. There were better ways to go about doing what he did, but o well.
My favorite dungeon, hmmm, it is hard to choose really. Definately would be something from A Link to the Past. Probably the Dark Palace (1st crystal) or Turtle Rock (7th crystal). Both were quite large and a lot of fun in my opinion. All the A Link to the Past dungeons were great in my opinion. Although playing them nowadays is really easy since I've grown so used to them and no where everything is.
I thought the Great Deku Tree was also good in Ocarina of Time. A perfect introductary dungeon. I also enjoyed the Temple of Time in Twilight Princess. There really are so many to choose from and it is sorta hard to choose between the 2d and 3d zelda titles, since they are so different. Personally, I think it is much easier to distinguish the 'bad' dungeons than the good ones.
Mine would be Goron Mines. I thought it looked cool, the dungeon and the boss, and the layout was good, you went back into certain rooms, except on the ceiling. And you got the Bow & Arrow there.

My favorite dungeon would have to be the first duneon in LoZ. It was so fun the first time I killed an 8 bit stalfos. It was easy simple and loads of fun. If they onley put in a decent guidline to follow in the game it would have been better but on topic the boss the dragon was kick but. If you follow mases walkthrough and get all those items first then its a big breeze.
I have no idea what my all-time favorite dungeon is, but I know that the Spirit Temple (OoT) is deffinately up there.
It has awesome music, and an awesome Boss, and getting around wasn't too bad once I figured out what I had to do! =P

I can't decide between snowpeak ruins and the temple of time. snowpeak ruins had only 3 floors but it had that brain-killing ice block puzzle, and temple of time had 8 floors and most of it was so nonlinear that my cousin, when he opened the door that required 2 statues, he went ahead and realized he didn't have the big key yet.

I'd have to say the stone tower temple (MM) or the spirit temple (OoT).
The stone tower temple because it was really innovative and had a cool boss fight, the spirit temple because of the items, boss fight, and the child/adult Link mix.

Turtle Rock from ALttP, Great Palace from AoL, Spectacle Rock from LoZ, Forest Temple from OoT.
When I entered the Forest Temple in OoT was when I really begun to love 3D zeldas and therefore it has a special place in my heart. Right now I will also consider it to be the best dungeon in the series (although things can change when I proceed with MM, which I have not yet completed). I do believe that one of the biggest reasons why Alttp and OoT are so popular games is the dungeons, they are absolutely brilliant in these games if I may say so

I have another 2 decisions, I can't decide between the Tower of Gods (TWW) and the Wind Temple (TWW). The wind dungeon had its cool music and boss, while I loved the ToG because of the rainbow lights on some of the doors, the Command Song, and the Hero's Bow in it.

The first two temples in Majora's Mask. Swamp and Mountain. They were very challenging as well as everything leading up towards the temples were great. Like finding that old iced grandfather and flying around in the swamp fortress. As well as the stray faeries making it even harder. It just gave me a little more than running into a temple, slaying the beast and grabbing out a shiny stone. That's probably my main beef with alttp and oot. not enough story goodness outside dungeons.

I've got one for each game.
ALttP- Swamp Palace
LA- Eagle Tower
OoT- Spirit Temple/Water Temple
MM- Stone Tower Temple
WW- Ganon's Tower
MC- Palace of the Winds
TP- City in the Sky
The most fun to play was the Stone Tower Temple. I loved how they flipped in upside-down. The coolest one to look at was the City in the Sky. I love the main room, music, and outside areas. Every thing felt so real in that dungeon.

My favorites of the entire series are:
1 - Stone Tower Temple from Majora's Mask
2 - Forest Temple from Ocarina of Time
3 - Earth Temple from The Wind Waker
My favorites for each game that I've played:
ALttP - Skull Woods
OoT - Forest Temple
MM - Stone Tower Temple
WW - Earth Temple
MC - Temple of Droplets
TP - Arbiter's Grounds
An interesting note is that my favorite dungeons aren't necessarily what I think are the best dungeons in their respective games. For example, in TP my favorite dungeon was Arbiter's Grounds... but in my opinion the best dungeon in terms of design and difficulty was the Lakebed Temple.

LoZ - Level 2 (Moon) - It's kind of hard to choose a favorite in a game where all the dungeons are so similar, but I just like the way this one is layed out. I liked how there were two layers, and you could go through one by getting keys from the other one, or going through the other with bombs. Pretty much every northern wall on the furthest right column was bombable, and I just liked the way that worked. It was fun to fight those blue Goriya's such early on in the game (especially if you haven't gotten all possible upgrades) and Dodongo's are just classic.
AoL - Level 3 (Island Palace) - I thought that this palace just general had the kind of enemies that I like to fight. In other words, it had Doomknockers and Red Iron Knuckles. It wasn't a particularly difficult palace aside from the boss, so it wasn't frustrating to the extent that I hated playing through it like one or two other dungeons in that game. The boss was also pretty fun while mildly frustrating, the Iron Knuckle on a horse (or whatever else you want to call it). Using the down thrust in general is something I enjoyed doing in AoL, so the first stage of the fight was pretty fun. The second stage, a Blue Iron Knuckle, was okay, as I like fighting Iron Knuckles, but it's not as fun when they can shoot sword beams at you.
ALttP - Ganon's Tower - Don't remember too much from this game, but I remember having a blast in this dungeon. It was probably the hardest in the game, and I loved all the complex puzzles in it and it was real fun to fight all the difficult enemies and try to figure out all the puzzles. I remember it lacking a main boss, even though it had the first 4 bosses, which was pretty cool. But the rest of the dungeon was great enough that it didn't need a boss particular to the dungeon to make me like it more than any other dungeon in that game, but it really could've used one (although I don't think that would've fit the story very well).
OoT - Shadow Temple - Definitely one of my favorite dungeons in the whole series. I loved the whole scary atmosphere of the temple, with all the ReDeads, Wallmasters, Floormasters, and spiked walls and floors. I also loved the dungeon boss, Bongo Bongo. He was a very fun fight. Traveling through the temple was an awesome experience, and I was on the edge of my couch the whole time, anticipating danger at every turn. That's what I like from a dungeon. Nintendo did such a fantastic job with this one.
MM - Stone Tower Temple - This was definitely a very complex temple, and I like that. It was cool to go in at first and see hookshot targets and such way on top of the ceiling that are way out of reach. After that you know something pretty cool is going to happen later in the dungeon. There were a lot of pretty cool puzzles throughout the dungeon, as with most of MM. Garo Master was pretty awesome to fight... He was like a Ninja, and it's pretty fun to fight something like that that has such interesting tactics. Aaaand the turning upside down. That's one of the most awesome things that has happened in any Zelda Dungeon (lolsitename) and it made the dungeon really interesting. Eyegore was actually really fun to fight, how he was on a narrow platform and you had to use your bow to aim very carefully and shoot his eye. Gomess was pretty awesome too. It was a pretty interesting fight compared to most minibosses. The Boss, Twinmold, might not have been the most exciting thing, but it was fun to use the Giant Mask, as that's the only time in the game you can use it.
TWW - Earth Temple - I thought this temple was kind of like OoT's Shadow Temple, but a little less spooky, and with WW - style twists. First of all, you controlled Medli a lot in this dungeon. I like controlling other characters, and Medli was definitely a heck of a lot more fun to control than Makar. I thought while not that significant, the puzzles in this dungeon were generally overall more enjoyable than the majority of the other dungeons. Though that puzzle at the end is one of my favorite parts of the game. It's really fun and interesting how you have to use the mirror shield to reflect lights of different mirrors to hit different statues and walls and such. It was actually really confusing, but I thought it was really fun to try and figure out. Jalhalla wasn't much special, but just like most bosses, it was an enjoyable fight. I liked how different poes made up this giant boss, Jalhalla, and you had to throw Jalhalla into spikes and make him split into poes that ran like chickens with their heads cut off that you had to fight in order to destroy the big poe, Jalhalla.
TP - Snowpeak Ruins - Ice dungeons have always been fun in Zelda. I liked this one a lot. I liked all those ice enemies in here, the Freezards, Chilfos, White Wolfos, etc. I also like how this whole dungeon you are trying to make a soup. I think that's an interesting plot to a dungeon and it was a nice addition. The item of the dungeon - The Ball and Chain, was my favorite item in the game. It's just so fun to use and smash apart those ice enemies with. While the boss, Blizzeta, was ridiculously easy, I pretty much loved the fight. As I mentioned, I love using the Ball and Chain, and while the fight didn't have much variety to it, it was still fun to slug the Ball and Chain around and break away at Blizzeta. Oh, and you have to mention, the NOT TAKE MIRROR thing right before the fight was one of the best quotes in Zelda to date.
Yes, I know, I excluded many games. I either haven't played these games enough or don't remember much about the dungeons or didn't think there was a specific dungeon that stuck me as better than the others.

I played only all the games from LttP, i can't really remember what the Dungeons from Links Awakening are.
LttP: Death Mountain
Well, it was the last Dungeon from LttP before Ganon's Tower. Also i don't remember much about this Dungeon, but i have always said this one was my favorite from LttP. I must start over the game some time, only it looks difficult for me now. Don't ask me why but died to fast and much. Fail.
LA: ?
This game is really hard to remember. I don't even know the name of the Dungeon, but is was a kind of water Dungeon. You could dive under water and i can be wrong, but there where keys on the bottom of the water.
OOT: Shadow Temple
I played this game over and over again and the Shadow Temple stay my favorite, i like the Dark things around, undead enemies. The room with the guilliotine was just amazing. The big drummer Bongo Bongo was a great challenge too, now he is so easy, while i had trouble with beat him in the past. I like it if he drums, so much fun, and his hands are sometimes too... fast... xD
MM: Stone Tower Temple
In the beginning i looked at this one and had only one though. ''This Temple is too diffcult for me'' First i played this one with cheats, Nepolink is such a cheater, after it i wanted to play it without cheats and walkthroughs. (well i only used the 'Press L To Levitate'' Cheat) The harderst part was the treasure chest in the beginning, i walked around and around over again after i finally figured out about that chest. But the Stone Tower Temple is the best Dungeon i ever played, and by this it's my favorite all over the Zelda games. Only one this, i hate Twinmold, it's too annoying.
WW: Tower of The Gods
I really love the Earth Temple, because it's one of the Dark Temples, i love Dark Dungeons. The ''Purple Gas'' something that gives you a reverse control was amazing. But Tower of the Gods was more spectacular. I love the structure and the command song. Gohdan was one big bomb of fun to beat, but also reminds me of Bongo Bongo. The world beneath Tower of The Gods was great, i love Ganon's Tower too.
TP: Arbiters Grounds
The same as above, i have a weak spot for Dark Dungeons like this. I totally love the old Tomb idea. Arbiters Grounds knows only one kind of enemies and that where the creepies ones. I remember the room with the torches, if you burn the wrong one MANY skeletons raise from the sands, scary.
I was stuck with the mini-boss the Death Sword. I used Link only i his normal form while i needed the Wolf. xD Stallord was also a great boss, i lvoe it's second battle.
PH: Ghost Ship
Well, the Temple of the Ocean King was also nice, but the Ghost Shop had the most difficult puzzle, then i look at the one with the levers about the drums. The ''Shinigami'' like Phantoms are the greatest of whole PH. But the Kubus Girls where creepy, I knew already that they are evil or something with the Final Boss. That girl who said ''choose the left'' was the biggest example, i didn't open the left one though. xD
FS: Death Mountain
The song of this mountain was just epic. I didn't play FS many times, i only played it on a emulator because the lack of people. Me and my brother controlled 2 links each, we did beat the bosses and the whole game after all. Death Mountain was my favorite, especially the boss.
Unfortunate i don't have FSA. :c
Edit:
I forgot about MC
MC: Palace of the Winds.
I really love to jump around with the Roc's Cape. It was like City in The Sky from TP. Oke, i got stuck on some places but that makes the Dungeon a good challenge. The music was so nice, one of the best Zelda tune i even heard.

I've always liked the forest temple in OoT! I like collecting the poe sisters. I like beating phantom ganon. I also like the details in this dungeon, from moss on the walls to the beautiful exterior, this dungeon is beautiful in a creepy way. This dungeon gives me the chills but it also makes me curious about what's next.
Also this is the first dungeon in OoT that you experience the wall masters. The first time that i got grabbed by a wall master i freaked out! This is also the first time that you see Stalfos. I was really intimidated by stalfos because of their size and the fact that their range of motion is huge. They block, they jump, they side step, they jab-Stalfos are formidable foes!
Another part of this dungeon that spoke to me was what we are fighting for. We are trying to save Saria, Link's childhood friend. This just makes this dungeon all the more important to me.

There were so many good temples...but to list my top 5:
1. Spirit Temple - I love this place. Great music, awesome puzzles and an epic boss battle. Plus the mirror shield. I can't say one bad thing about this temple.
2. Tower of the Gods - I don't know why but I just really liked this one.
3. Lakebed Temple(TP) - fun temple. I loved fighting Morpheel.
4. Forest Temple(OOT) - 4 poes was pretty fun. Phantom Ganon was a cool battle and of course the music was different.
5. Palace of Twilight - I liked it. Don't know why.

1. Stone Tower: (Majora's Mask) It had a twist of the base of the dungeon, it also had interesting puzzles involved! :D
2. Spirit Temple. (OOT) I loved this one. Playing half of it as Young Link, then the rest as Adult Link, that was pretty dang cool.
3. Ganon's Tower. (LTTP) It was so cool. It really felt like a Ganon's Tower! With the different bosses from the beginning! Also with the evil priest, Agahnim!!!
