1. Ganondorf (TP)-could've been longer, but still awesome that you are finally fighting him one-on-one.
2. Ganon (WW)-way too short, but I loved the music that came with it. True final boss music.
3. Bellum Final Form- What can I say? I'm a sucker for sword duels...
4. The Nightmares (LA)- probably one of the most challenging boss fights in all of Zelda... at least in my opinion...
5. Vaati (MC)-just a good fight overall. It was actually a little challenging

I'm not quite sure if this means favorite boss as in, you think they are cool, or that you loved the boss battle.

For me, this would be the five best boss battles in my Zelda lifetime.

1) Ganon (ALTTP)
2) Barba (AOL)
3) Gleeok (LOZ)
4) Vitreous (ALTTP)
5) Arrghus (ALTTP)

Ya, I'm a 2d Zelda guy and an old school gamer, so naturally my favorites are from the older titles. I loved Arrghus and Vitreous so much because I love how they had two stages in the battle with the first stage being that you had to defeat all its surrounding little helpers first. Always fun when you have to do that I think.

Gleeok always gave me trouble when I was new to the original Legend of Zelda but over the years I've learned to defeat him quite easily.

Barba just looks awesome and was freaky when I first faced him when I was playing through the Adventure of Link.

Ganon in a Link to the Past is just legendary for me. For so long I had no idea of the silver arrows and battled him for so long, just striking him over and over until I ran out of magic or died. Had no idea that you could not beat him like that. He was actually quite difficult for me at the time. Although after conquering him a good 40-50 times, he's now a piece of cake. Best boss of the best Zelda game ever.

For me, there was just something awesome about swimming around trying to kill Morpheel in TP. There was just somethingepic about that batlle.
In second place, I think I'll give it to the other amazing epic battle, Molgera from WW. Just something about it hit me.
Third, the only boss to kill me twice before I found out how to hurt it, Stallord, also in TP. Seriously, I figured I'd need the spinner, so I kind of kept getting almost to him, and then there was a wall of bone there, and finally I figured it out later, but still. Awesome boss.
In the fourth spot, I'd probably give it to Ganon/dorf from any evolution of themselves. Just the whole final boss feel kicks ***.
In fifth, I give it to Volvagia just because the first time I fought him, he ran me down several hearts, and I drank some milk, and just the thought of drinking milk with a giant dragon circling your head about to eat you just seemed like the perfect Got Milk poster to me.

I always loved Blind. He was just a fun challenge back in the day, and I thought the idea was unique. Ganondorf is always a good opponent, no matter the game. Ganon from LTTP was also one of my favorites. Trinexx was probably the toughest of LTTP for me, and took a few tries the first time around (magic power). Dark Link is always fun, fighting yourself =)
