To anyone who has this game already, is this game worth the money and the hours of staring at two tiny screens?
I was looking at it at the store the other day It seems different than what I look for normally in Zelda games. I have the money But is there any real reason to have this game over any other ones?

I love this game from what I've played thus far. It is what it is really. Not really a 3d game, but not a 2d one either. You don't use the dpad or the reg buttons basically the entire game.
That being said, give it 30minutes of gameplay and it will feel completely natural. From what I've played thus far, it's shaping up to be one of my favorite Zelda games of all time.

Agreed, this game is completely worth the money. It's probably one of the best games on DS ever made. Like Mases said, the controls are easy to get used to, the graphics are nice, and the storyline is relatively solid.

Easily the best handheld Zelda and definitely one of the best handhalds of all time. As said above, the controls are great, but I will say this. There is a part in the game where the touch-screen controls do fail you... I love the story above all else. Linebeck is probably the funniest character in Zelda yet.
So in short, yes, it's worth the buy.:D

Absolutely. It would be worth the money if it was the price of an average home console game. It's my third favorite Zelda game of all time. All the stylus control is awesome.

I don't really know if that is a good reason to buy PH or not. It's not like people should have to make a choice of Halo 3 or Phantom Hourglass. Both are great games, but are also completely different games. I have both games and am very happy with both.
As a Nintendo DS title, Phantom Hourglass is clearly one of the best available on the market now and any DS owner who enjoys Zelda or Action/Adventure titles absolutely must pick up Phantom Hourglass.

This game is now my favorite Zelda game, and I really hope there are future Zelda games for the DS. If you spend your money on this game, you won't be disappointed as its much better then most Zelda games in my opinion.

I think if you don't have a ds tehn you should buy one right away then buy Phantom Hourglass and New Super Mario Bros.

I would really recommand it to you.
It's the touch screen that adds extra fun.
Like the mini games, they make good use of your touch screen!
(for minigames think of fishing, archery, canon etc)
New ways of solving puzzles.
The new way of walking and playing could be annoying at first, but you'll get the hang of it quick enough.
In my opinion, if you have an DS and don;t have this game, you're missing out on something ;)

There were some good minigames in Phantom Hourglass, Linebeck was absolutely hilarious, etc. It may be easy, but very fun. Also, why not try it out anyway? I didn't really want to get Majora's Mask a few years ago, but I did anyway. Really, people will each like it differently, so I suggest just trying it :)
