Twilight Princess - how do i get to this chest

Ok..so there is a chest that me and my friend found, its near hyrule castle town place.....any ways it's near the pillars that you have to hook shot up, and transform into a wolf to cross the rope, and transform bak into human to get across to the other side, and bak to a wolf to cross another robe which leads to a different chest.....
me and my friend have tried everything get to the chest we even blew ourselves up with bombs....so...any ideas?

Okay, I found it. Is the chest you're trying to get on the other pillar?? Just making sure because right now I'm trying to get there....:lol:

no its in the fountain thing , there is a railing with like a u shape, and theres a strip of "land" thats seemingly impossible to get on and there would be a chest on the strip of "land"

you mean the one chest at the fountain at the exit of south hyrule castle town?
hookshot on the pillar, drop your self ad the lower edge on the pillar (so don 't climb at the top.
there ia a rails so use your spinner there. so watch your timing press B to jump to the chest.

Not that this is relevant to helping, but I remember beating myself up when I figured out how to do this without looking it up. XD It was so obvious and considering the time it took me to figure it out, woow.
