Anubis
--Location: Spirit Temple
--Description: Anubis appears like a snake type creature. Anubis will mirror your moves and shoot fire out at you. They usually do not attack when they aren't attacked.
--How to Defeat: The only way to defeat Anubis is by using fire. The best way is using your Fire Arrows to defeat Anubis although Din's Fire also works.
Armos
--Location: Dodongo's Cavern, Spirit Temple
--Description: These statues are harmless if you keep your distance. Some of them are just that, statues. However others, once you touch them they will awaken and start to jump wildly around the room. Keep your distance and they will eventually settle down and go back to statue form.
--How to Defeat: Use your bombs or a bomb flower and throw it at the Armos statue. After two bombs the statue will turn red and jump around the room and will explode. Be sure to keep your distance.

Baby Dodongo
--Location: Dodongos Cavern
--Description: The Baby version of the Dodongo. These guys are really quick and will come up and down from underground. They hurt link in one way only, and that is by self-destructing when it attacks by running into link.
--How to Defeat: Just hit him with your sword and back away and watch it blow up.
Bari
--Location: Jabu-Jabus Belly
--Description: Bari is one step higher than Biri. Keep your distance because if you touch it you will be electricuted. Once Bari is defeated he will split into three Biris.
--How to Defeat: Z-Target Bari and use your boomerang from a distance. After you kill Bari, the three Biris can be killed with the boomerang as well.

Beamos
--Location: Dodongo's Cavern, Spirit Temple, Ganons Castle
--Description: Beamos are located in a stationary place and do not move their body. It will rotate its head around and if it sees Link it will shoot out a very damaging lazer.
--How to Defeat: Throw a bomb in the direction of the beamos. Once it explodes it will blow-up Beamos and its head will fly into the air and once it touches ground it will explode as well.
Big Octo
--Location: Jabu-Jabus Belly
--Description: The Sub-boss of Jabu-Jabus Belly. He is located in a circular room that has high platform in the room.
--How to Defeat: Chase him around the room until you get close enough to Z-target his back. Shoot your boomerang out at him to stun him. Then go and slice him with your sword. After a few swipes he will recover. Just repeat this process until you have defeated Big Octo.

Biri
--Location: Jabu-Jabus Belly
--Description: These small floating, electrical jellyfish are all over Jabu-Jabus Belly. If touched it will electrify you, so try to keep your distance.
--How to Defeat: The boomerang works best against Biri. One hit with the boomerang will defeat Biri. Do not use your sword as it will electrify you if you make contact. It is best to just avoid these guys if possible.
Bubble (Blue)
--Location: Forest Temple
--Description: A skull that is surrounded by a blue flame. Its attack is to run into Link and the flame will do the damage.
--How to Defeat: Use your sheild to block him off. Once he runs into your sheild his flame will go away for a short while. Strike him with your sword two times and hes gone. The hookshot can also be used to stun him.

Bubble (Green)
--Location: Forest Temple
--Description: Similar to the Blue Bubble. They move a bit faster though and move in patterns.
--How to Defeat: These bubbles can only be harmed when their green flame is gone. Their green flame goes out in a timely fashion. So wait for the flame to go out and then use your shield or hookshot.
Bubble (Red)
--Location: Fire Temple
--Description: These guys jump out of the lava and back into a platform usually over a platform where Link needs to get accross. The best thing to do is time it so you don't run into them.
--How to Defeat: It is quite difficult to kill them, so just avoid them.

Club Moblin
--Location: Sacred Forest Meadow
--Description: This moblin carries around a huge club that he uses to guard the stairs before the entrance to the Forest Temple. He will smack his club onto the ground creating dust that will push Link back. Dodge it by moving left and right in the direction opposite of where he uses his club.
--How to Defeat: After dodging his club and you get behind this Moblin. He is defenceless so just use your sword to kill it.
Cucco
--Location: Kakariko Village, Lon-Lon Ranch
--Description: These cuccos are harmless as long as they are left alone. As most Zelda gamers know, its hard to resist the temptation of attacking a defenceless cucco. If you attack a cucco enough times it will call on its friends to attack you.
--How to Defeat: A cucco never needs to be defeated and it cannot be defeated. If you strike a cucco enough times to the point where it calls a bunch of cuccos, either leave the area and come back or just enter a house and exit and the cucco's will all be back to normal.

Deku Baba
--Location: Kokiri Forest, Inside the Deku Tree, Forest Temple
--Description: Deku Baba's are plant like creatures that live their lives in the ground. They are relatively easy to defeat and reward Link with Deku Sticks and Deku Nuts.
--How to Defeat: One of the easiest enemies in the game. Just strike with your sword a few times to defeat them.
Deku Baba (Big)
--Location: Forest Temple
--Description: As you can guess by the name, these guys are just big versions of the Deku Baba. They have a much bigger face and a longer neck.
--How to Defeat: Your sword works great against the Big Deku Baba. However, you can more easily defeat them from a distance with your Bow and Arrow. You can also use your hookshot to stun the enemies making it easier for a simple sword swipe.

Deku Scrub
--Location: Inside the Deku Tree, Lost Woods, Sacrest Forest Meadow, Random Caves
--Description: They come up from underground and spit deku nuts out at you. They are the same as a buissness scrub, accept it doesn't sell you anything. If you get to close you will make them head back underground.
--How to Defeat: Z-target and deflect the deku nuts with your sheild back at them. Once you hit one, it will get up out of its hole and run off. Chase them and catch them before they get back to their pad they were in and they wont bother you anymore.
Deku Scrub (Mad Scrub)
--Location: Sacred Forest Meadow, Forest Temple
--Description: These guys are the same as the Deku Scrubs. They run away trying to get back to their area. If you catch them they will go away. The differnece between Mad Scrubs and Deku Scrubs is that the Mad Scrubs take more than one hit to defeat. Also, Mad Scrubs will not offer Link any information after being defeated.
--How to Defeat: Z-target them and then hold out your sheild. It will shoot a deku nut at you, the sheild will deflect it back at the scrub.
Deku Scrub (Business Scrub)
--Location: Lost Woods, Sacred Forest Meadow, Random Caves
--Description: These fellas are found in random caves and hide underground. If you get to close to them they will hide away underground. From a distance they will pop out of their hole and shoot Deku Nuts out at you.
--How to Defeat: Deflect the deku nuts with your sheild back at the Business Scrub to defeat him. Afterwords head over and talked to the stunned scrub and they will over to sell you something. A majority of the time they are complete rip-offs.

Dinalfo
--Location: Ganon's Castle
--Description: Advanced version of Lizalfo. Same basic attacks and sword use, however, Dinalfo jumps around a bit more and can even jump over Link so be careful. Dinalfo is only found inside Ganon's Castle.
--How to Defeat: Use your shield to block its attacks and counter with your sword. Just keep striking at him and be patient a bit and Dinalfo isn't too hard to defeat.

Dodongo
--Location: Dodongos Cavern
--Description: These big boys walk around on the ground in Dodongo's Cavern. They spit fire out at link. Watch out as it will burn away your Kokiri Sheild.
--How to Defeat: Just hit its tail twice with your sword and Dodongo will blow up.

Fake Door
--Location: Fire Temple, Shadow Temple
--Description: They appear as regular doors, accept when you try and open them, they will fall on top of you taking away some health.
--How to Defeat: You can place a bomb by a door that you think is fake. You can tell if it is fake if you have a map.

Floor Master
--Location: Forest Temple, Bottom of the Well
--Description: A one on one battle with a hand. After you defeat it, it will split into three smaller hands that are even more annoying. If you don't kill the small hands in a set time, they will join togethor and become a big hand again.
--How to Defeat: Slash at the big hand a few times. After it splits into three, slash at each one until they are all gone.
Flying Bottles
--Location: Spirit Temple
--Description: These look like regular bottles that are sitting on the floor, but as you get close to them they will fly up at you in a straight line.
--How to Defeat: Just dodge them and they will fly into the wall and break. They usually leave a few hearts with them.

Freezard
--Location: Ice Cavern, Ganon's Castle
--Description: These statues are made up of Ice. Be careful as Freezard will blow ice out trying to freeze Link.
--How to Defeat: Can be defeated very easily with a few sword swipes.
Gerudo Guard
--Location: Gerudo Fortress
--Description: These are the Gerudo guards that are protecting the Gurudo prisons that are holding the four Carpenters. They are quite quick and you must defeat them in order to proceed with your quest.
--How to Defeat: Tough battle but use your sword and shield to block her attacks and swiping at her when shes unguarded.

Ghoma Larva
--Location: Inside the Deku Tree
--Description: They hatch from eggs that Queen Ghoma, the boss of the Deku Tree, drops down from the ceiling.
--How to Defeat: Slash at the eggs before they hatch. If they do hatch, slash at the Larva. One hit while they are in the egg will defeat these larva enemies. If they happen to hatch, a few hits with your sword.
Gibdo
--Location: Bottom of the Well, Shadow Temple, Ganon's Castle
--Description: Very similar to Redeads. If you get too close it will spot you and you will freeze while it tries to jump onto your back.
--How to Defeat: You can use the Sun's Song to stun them and then swipe at him with your sword.

Gold Skulltula
--Location: Almost Everywhere
--Description: These spiders are pretty much harmless. They do not attack you and you can only get hurt if you walk right into them.
--How to Defeat: Just swipe at them with your sword. You can also use your hookshot or boomerang. Just about every item will kill these guys. They will reward you with a gold skulltula token.
Guay
--Location: Lake Hylia
--Description: These guys look just like Keese, and are just as annoying as Keese as well.
--How to Defeat: Use the sword to kill them if they are close by. From a distance you can use your slingshot or bow and arrow.

Iron Knuckle
--Location: Spirit Temple, Ganons Castle
--Description: One of the toughest enemies in the game. They carry big axes that are very powerful. As the battle goes on, the Iron Kunckles get faster and stronger.
--How to Defeat: Use your sword to defeat them. Be sure to move in and out quickly. Try avoiding their powerful sword. Using Nayru's Love will help out in this battle and it is a good idea to cast it.
Keese
--Location: Royal Family Tomb, Dodongo's Cavern, Fire Temple, Shadow Temple, Spirit Temple, Ganon's Castle
--Description: These bats will fly around in several dungeons throughout the game. As they get close to you they will spot you and try flying into you. The regular ones can fly through Ice and Flame and become Fire and Ice Keese.
--How to Defeat: Use either your slingshot, boomerang, or bow and arrow. You can also kill them with your sword as they fly towards you.

Keese (Fire)
--Location: Dodongos Cavern
--Description: These bats are on fire and can burn your deku sheild if it comes in contact with you. I suggest to not equipt the deku sheild while one is around.
--How to Defeat: Use either your slingshot, boomerang, or bow and arrow. You can also kill them with your sword as they fly towards you.
Keese (Ice)
--Location: Ice Cavern
--Description: These bats have a blue ice around them. If they fly into you, you will temporarily freeze.
--How to Defeat: Use either your slingshot, boomerang, or bow and arrow. You can also kill them with your sword as they fly towards you.

Leever
--Location: Desert Colossus
--Description: These guys come from underground and move in a straight line trying to attack Link.
--How to Defeat: You can easily dodge them by moving directions as they dont follow you around. You can simply use your sword to slice them to death.
Like Like
--Location: Water Temple, Bottom of the Well
--Description: One of the most annoying enemies in the game. These guys will suck you into their body and then spit you back out. It will suck in your sheild and tunic as well.
--How to Defeat: Strike it with your sword and move away while its trying to suck you in. You can use your hookshot to stun him as well.

Lizalfo
--Location: Dodongos Cavern
--Description: These lizard looking creatures jump from platform to platform trying to hit Link with their sword. They come in numbers so watch out. Lizalfo's are the sub-boss within Dodongo's Cavern. Link will encounter them twice.
--How to Defeat: They are fairly easy to defeat, but do take a little bit of strategy. Wait for them to strike and block the attack. Immediately counter with a strike of your own. Once you hit one of them a few times he run off and you will have to fight another one before you can finish off the job on the first one.
Moblin
--Location: Sacred Forest Meadow
--Description: These guys are hiding around corners in the Sacred Forest Meadow when link is an adult. It will charge at you with its spear if it sees you. Careful as the spear does quite some damage.
--How to Defeat: The key to defeating Moblin's is to be patient. When he is facing your direction do not sneak out as he will just charge out. When he isn't looking, take out your hookshot or longshot and hit him in the back to defeat him.

Octorok
--Location: Water Temple
--Description: They are pretty much the water version of a deku srub. Instead of sitting underground, they sit in the water. They will spit rocks at you. If you get to close they will disappear underwater.
--How to Defeat: Z-target them, and use your sheild to deflect a rock back at them.
Peahat
--Location: Hyrule Field
--Description: Peahats are classic Zelda enemies and are rather big and scary looking as they have huge propellers spinning for Link. You can run-away and they will eventually move backward to there original Location.
--How to Defeat: Z-target them and use either your Slingshot or your Bow and Arrows to kill him. It takes more than one hit to kill and the best suggestion would be to just avoid them.

Peahat Larva
--Location: Hyrule Field
--Description: These guys are mini versions of the Peahat.
--How to Defeat: The best thing to do against these guys is just avoid them. If they do get close to you, just pull out your sheild.
Poe
--Location: Graveyard
--Description: They appear in certain parts of the Graveyard. They can attack Link with their candle they hold. Z-targeting does not work against these guys, because they will become invinceable.
--How to Defeat: Strike at them with your sword without using Z-targeting. You can capture it in a bottle as well and sell it to the ghost trader for some rupees.

ReDead
--Location: Royal Family's Tomb, Bottom of the Well, Market(Adult), Shadow Temple, Ganons Castle
--Description: Could be the scariest enemy in the game. If they make eye contact with Link, Link will freeze and a loud scream noise occurs for a second and it will inch closer to you. Its only attack is when it jumps onto the back of your neck and sucks the health out of you.
--How to Defeat: Though you can easily defeat them using your sword. It might be to risky. The safer and easier way to defeat them, is by using the Sun Song to paralyze them.
Shabom
--Location: Jabu-Jabus Belly
--Description: These are bubbles that float around. They usually come in very large numbers so be careful.
--How to Defeat: You can use your sword if they are close enough. The Boomerang, deku nuts, and slingshot also work great against these guys.
Shell Blade
--Location: Water Temple
--Description: These guys are only vulnerable inside their shell, so dont waste your time attacking it any other way. They only appear in water.
--How to Defeat: Wait for it to open its shell, and use the hookshot or the longshot to kill it.

Skulltula
--Location: Inside the Deku Tree
--Description: One of the easiest enemies in the game. They are very simple but you just need a little patience.
--How to Defeat: When they first appear, they will face away. Wait about 2-3 seconds and they will turn around revealing their weekness, which is their back. Strike their back with your sword. Two hits should do the job.
Skullwalltula
--Location: Inside the Deku Tree, Dodongo's Cavern, Death Mountain, Forest Temple, Spirit Temple, Ganon's Castle
--Description: These guys crawl on walls and turn purple when you get to close. When they turn purple they will run at Link and hit him off the wall.
--How to Defeat: The best way to kill them is to kill them before going on the wall. Use your Slingshot, Bow and Arrow, Boomerang, Longshot, or just about any other weapon that has some range.

Spikes
--Location: Dungeons
--Description: These things move in patterns along the floor. Avoid them as they are painful.
--How to Defeat: These spikes cannot be defeated. They move in the same pattern so are easily avoidable.
Spike Ball
--Location: Water Temple
--Description: They will walk around on the ground. They have spikes on the sides of them so keep your distance. When they walk around their spikes go away.
--How to Defeat: Use your hookshot to stun them when their spikes are gone. Finish them off with your sword.

Stalchild
--Location: Hyrule Field
--Description: They come out during the night time in Hyrule Field when Link is a child. They are very easy to defeat and give out some easy rewards. After defeating several small ones in a row, a large one will appear that gives out greater rewards.
--How to Defeat: Simply use your sword to defeat. Fighting these guys will get you use to battle.
Stalfos
--Location: Forest Temple, Shadow Temple, Spirit Temple, Ganons Tower
--Description: These skeletons can be annoying at times as they can block your sword. The have a sheild that will block your attacks and they have a sword that can hurt you.
--How to Defeat: The trick to defeating these guys is to be patient. Wait for him to attack you. Dodge or block the attack and strike them immediately. After a few hits they will be defeated.
Stinger
--Location: Jabu-Jabu's Belly, Water Temple
--Description: He floats around under water, but also comes above water as well.
--How to Defeat: Use the hookshot if you are underwater. If you are above water, you can use either your hookshot or arrows.
Tailpasaran
--Location: Jabu-Jabus Belly
--Description: They come out of the ground. They aren't very common, and are pretty rarely seen.
--How to Defeat: The Boomerang is the only item that hurts Tailpasaran. Wait until its fully above ground and swing your boomerang at him.

Tektite (Blue)
--Location: Death Mountain Trail, Water Temple
--Description: These guys will jump around everywhere. Their only attack is simply jumping towards Link.
--How to Defeat: Slash at it with your sword or flip it over by usuing the hammer.
Tektite (Red)
--Location: Death Mountain Trail, Water Temple
--Description: Same as the Blue Tektites accept they have a bit more health. Their only attack is simply jumping towards Link.
--How to Defeat: Slash at it with your sword or flip it over by usuing the hammer. It will take a bit more to defeat them then the blue tektites.
Torch Slug
--Location: Fire Temple, Spirit Temple, Ganon's Castle
--Description: This slow slug crawls around the floor. Not too much to worry about. Their only attack is to come in contact with Link and light him on fire.
--How to Defeat: Use your sword once and the fire will go away. He will run away to relight so strike him again before he can do so. The Megaton Hammer also works well against this enemy.
Tentacle
--Location: Jabu-Jabus Belly
--Description: It is attacked to the ceiling. It will swing at you if you get close to it. If it hits it does take a good amount of damage.
--How to Defeat: Z-target it, and use your boomerang. After a few hits, it will be dead.

Wallmaster
--Location: Forest Temple, Shadow Temple, Ganons Castle
--Description: Could quite possible be the most annoying enemy in the history of Zelda. These hands fall down from the ceiling and grab link. Avoid them at all costs, because if you are caught it will take you to the entrance of the dungeon.
--How to Defeat: The best way to kill them is using the good old sword.
Wolfos
--Location: Forest Temple, Sacred Forest Meadow, Spirit Temple, Ganon's Castle
--Description: These guys are a nice battle for Link. It constantly has its sheild up. So your timing must be great to defeat them easily. Use your sheild to protect yourself from his attacks.
--How to Defeat: Once you block one of his attacks with your sheild. There will be a slight moment where you will be able to strike him. Do so with your sword. A few hits and he's history.
Wolfos (White)
--Location: Ice Cavern
--Description: Somewhat the boss of the Ice Cavern. This mini dungeon doesn't have a true boss so the mini boss is a White Wolfos. This is the only one in the game. The White Wolfos is simply an upgraded versino of the original Wolfos and is a quite annoying enemy.
--How to Defeat: Defeat White Wolfos just as you defeated the regular Wolfos. Block his attack with your sheild and immediately strike him back. A few hits more than it took to kill the regular Wolfos will do the job.
